इस प्रोजेक्ट के इस्तेमाल की प्रक्रिया सिर्फ 5 चरणों में होगी. The process of using this project will be in only 5 steps.

1. Assign class and subject
Admin के द्वारा सभी Teacher को उनका Class और Subject Assign किया जायेगा


2. Add student for marks entry
सभी Teacher अपने Login Panel से, Assign किये गये Class और Subject के According Search करके सभी स्टूडेंट्स को Add करेंगे
और जिस Teacher को जो क्लास व सब्जेक्ट Assign किया गया है वही क्लास व सब्जेक्ट उनके Login Panel में दिखेगा


3. Marks update by teachers
सभी Teacher अपने Login Panel से, Assign किये गये Class और Subject के According Search करके सभी स्टूडेंट्स के Marks Update करेंगे
Result Marks Update करने के लिए Teacher Login Panel में दो Option Available होंगे
• प्रत्येक छात्र के Marks बारी बारी से अपडेट कर सकते हैं
• किसी एक Class के सभी Students का Marks एक साथ भी Update कर हैं


4. Online declare the exam result by Admin
जैसे ही सभी टीचर Result Marks पूरी तरह से Online Update कर दें उसके बाद Admin सम्बंधित Exam (Quarterly Exam, Half Yearly Exam, Annual Exam or any type of Test ) का Result Online Declare कर देंगे
Note : Before declaring any result, admin can run the news of 'Result Declare Date' on the website in news or notification section.


5. Online view the result by student
जिस Exam का Result Declare होगा उस Exam Result का बटन Student के Login Dashboard में Active हो जायेगा, जिसपर Click करके Student अपना Result देख सकता है
Note : किसी भी Exam का Result Website पर Student Admission No. से भी देखा जा सकता है,
जिसके लिए आपको अपने School की Website पर जाकर Result बटन पर Click करना है, फिर Student Admission No. से Search करना होगा

   • Assign class and subject to the teachers
   • View all student result marks details list
   • Filter result details student wise, class wise
   • Export all data in excel

3. Student Login Panel
   • View the declared result only
